Our windows were about 25 years old and we'd been dealing with condensation between the panes on most of them for a while. A few had visible fog that never cleared, and in the winter you could feel cold air coming in around the edges even when they were locked shut. Our heating costs kept creeping up and it was pretty obvious the windows were a big part of it. CS Pro came out and did a full assessment and walked us through what they recommended for replacement. We went with a complete replacement of all 18 windows. The installation itself took a couple days and the crew worked steadily through both. What stood out was how different the house felt almost immediately. The drafts near the windows are completely gone. The foggy glass is obviously not an issue anymore and visually the house looks way better from the curb.
